Office staff likes to talk to each other a lot and not so much to patients and families. Wait time is terrible!!! Poor time management and scheduling. No other reason! Office needs better management.

This DR can be very rude and uncaring. My sister and I were very disappointed with the manner in which he spoke to us and will never return or recommend him.

This "Dr" has terrible bedside manner. He tried to make my mother feel guilty about not taking my almost 90 year old grandmother to Atlanta for eye treatment. I understand she may "possibly" have a tumor. He stated he should try to over ride her decision. To take her. My mother knows my Grandmothers wants and needs and this would've been too much for her. I am a hospice nurse. I understand suffering patients go through. It is a personal decision not some Dr. He was very rude when I called him to talk to him about this. He hung up and would not complete the conversation. Stating that I was not there so I do not know. Terrible mannerisms in my book

My retina was 80% detached from a car accident in Feb and I didn't see him until 6 or 7 months later. I still have my eye although the damage was incredible, Dr. Dandy saved my eye from dying. The vision in that eye is poor at best, but it is better than having a prosthetic replacement!

They were very unprofessional. Friendly yes. But this is business. The time on the answering machine says one thing, the time on the door says another and the front desk girl doesn't answer the door when her white car is out front. Glasses are promised in 7-10 days that turn into 20. At least give your patience a courtesy call. But you have our money so why would you. Thanks. Take my advice and go to Reeves Optical. There down in Medical Arts.
