You can not get in touch with any one at this office. They never return phone calls despite leaving multiple messages with their "answering service". Do not waste your time if you need quality care.

Dr. Chen and her staff responds very slowly and inadequately to questions or requests, even via MyChart online. She is also very slow to refill prescriptions, even when given a month's notice that the prescription is about to run out. Over two years I've been under her "care", this has happened 5 times - twice I've gone 1 to 2 weeks without meds. The reason I have left her care was that at refill time she arbitrarily lowered a dosage of a medicine that I had taken for years without having any scientific reason (no tests, no data) to justify the reduction, which would have a negative effect on my health!! This dosage had been originally adjusted by a specialist, long before, who had done the lab work and taken the time to adjust the dosage to the proper level.
