Dr. Sherice Debra Young, MD

Dr. Young is wonderful. She was quite convinced I possibly had cancer or pre cancer. She did 2 different biopsy's and found the cells. She was going to send me to Pittsburg and also commented that she could also do the surgery and I quickly said, you do it. I was afraid through it all but with her wonderful support and caring way the surgery went perfect, for cervical cancer and she then sent me to the cancer center for further treatment. I am fine today, loved going to see her, loved her personality and support. she's the best! I wouldn't have made it without her.

The office is horrible with scheduling and then act like it is your fault. They were to schedule a surgery and didn't send any information to the insurance so it was denied until I handled it with insurance and had to have them fax the necessary forms that they should have the first time. They were very rude acted like the patient should know this when it is the office's responsibility. I feel like they need to work on being courteous to patients if this is how every persons surgery went no one would want to have it done!

I had a total hysterectomy and Dr Young was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, funny and professional when she needed to be... She shares personal experience with you.. I would recommend her to my daughters anytime. We need more doctors like her

Dr. Young was awesome. She was so realistic and honest and open. She took what I said into consideration and didn't just make a choice for me, but made it my choice as well. Although I did have to wait for around 45min in the room to be seen, it was totally worth it and I know they were busy. I will definitely make this my new regular ob/gyn. Highly recommended. The young blonde woman who came in first to ask the preliminary questions was also super friendly and helpful. Seriously this was a great experience!

Dr.Young is so kind! She makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Definitely recommend Dr. Young. She answered all my questions, provided accurate information and great follow-up care after surgery. Sometimes wait is a little long but that is because she takes time to get to know you and help. I tell all my friends and family how thankful I am that Dr. Young is my doctor!

I saw Dr. Young one time and will never return. She only asked me questions and never did any type of exam. She told me it was normal to not menstrate while taking birth control. She told me if I really wanted to bleed then to stop taking the birth control. She should bet fined for insurance fraud because she did no exam or anything to find out what was going wrong.I have been on birth control for many years and had never stopped menstrating. My appointment with Dr Young was a waste of time and money.
