Dr Pole was a terrible physician. I’ve only been three tiimes, but each time was 45-60 mins wait, he’d come into the exam room rolling in with his chair and laptop, ask a few questions, type away and send you off. Very poor interaction. His front desk staff are very poor as well. Very unfriendly, It takes call after call after call before someone answers the phone (don’t bother leaving a message, they’ll never call you back). Twice I was immediately put on hold and never gotten back too. Finally, CVS always had problems getting refill prescription responses. Worst PCP I’ve ever had.
