They were very respectful of my time and got me in very quickly. They were friendly and efficient.

I went to see him for something on my arm. He evaluated that issue (which ultimately required an excision) and inspected my skin thoroughly, addressing some things which I had really barely noticed. He has a very caring "bedside manner." I would highly recommend him if you have any concerns about any skin issues.

Dr Sydney has always been professional and this time was no exception . The nurses that were helping him were wonderful. Thank you for such good care.

A very pleasant experience. I was very apprehensive about having a procedure that was necessary, but Dr. Herszenson and his assistant Patrice were very kind and considerate concerning my feelings. I had some rashes and red spots appear randomly all over my legs. In my initial appointment, I did a bunch of tests and this was my follow up appointment. I was diagnose with this weird skin condition that I obviously never heard of and it had a super long name. This appointment, I was hoping to get some answers to my questions. When I asked about why I could have gotten this or how long would I have it for, he couldn't even give me any direct answers. It was a lot of "it could be this or that" and he couldn't tell me how long these things can last, or if I was going to have this for the rest of my life. And I have these medications I have to take, he couldn't tell me if I will have to keep taking it. He didn't even go into details and explain what the skin condition is to me. This whole appointment was so fast, not thorough at all. I obviously had a copay and the appointment lasted five minutes, I have never felt so cheated.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Provided a good explanation for treatment provided so that it was easily understood.

BEWARE BEWARE. Ask questions the ENTIRE time you are there about how much everything is going to cost. From simple conversation to looking at your skin. It will cost you. You will not be advised prior to receiving your bill. He picked a blackhead on my daughter and it cost me $275 for acne surgery. The billing dept said that you can be charged for anything during that appointment without any warning! BEWARE!
