I saw the PA for a 5 minute visit. I paid a a $45 copay and insurance paid $150 and I got another bill for $150, due to deductible. I could understand if this was a new patient appointment and an exam. The PA saw me for 5 minutes, recommended some supplements. I'm not saying a medical professional isn't worth what they charge. However, this is extreme and the office won't work with me so I won't be returning which is disappointment since the Doctor actually comes highly recommended on the Island.

I found Dr. Santiago to be an exceptional doctor when it came to understanding my personal situation and needs. He took time to understand my lifestyle, explain my condition and options to myself and my husband. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and is an excellent communicator. He certainly made us feel at ease in our discussions. I will happily recommend him to anyone who seeks the best gynecological advice.

I had delivered a baby with Dr Santiago and his team. I have to say that it went totally not according to my birth plan, but much better at the end. It was my first baby, so I was nervous, not experienced, was not sure what to expect. When it was the time for delivery and I was in hospital already, Dr Santiago explained me my best options according to the real situation (not the plan), he did it in a very professional and reassuring way. He also greatly helped me to have a baby in a healthy and comfortable way. My stitches healed nicely and quickly and in one week after I was almost myself again. Very professional and nice practice with a modern approach.
