I used to work with Dr K in Minnesota. Anytime a patient on rehab had a post op infection, we knew it was Dr K's patient. He would not use sterile technique. But the biggest and scariest thing is that he left many people permanently paralyzed and even dead. BEWARE! Do not risk your life! Look up his record in Minnesota. He should be in prison, not practicing medicine.

I had an appointment to see him and went with my husband to ensure we both can hear and remember his diagnosis. It was a complete waste of time as he did not provide anything new from what I have already heard from my Family Doctor. This in itself was not my issue, but the following concerned and upset me to the point of documenting it for reference for anyone seeks Professional Specialised Medical Care from this individual. 1. I have seen dozens of Medical Professionals before with my husband accompanying me and was Never asked before to keep my husband outside and still refusing even after my personal request to have my husband attend. The reason for refusal by the admin staff was â?¦ It is Policy. 2. I had my phone beside me on examining bench and he asked me to hand him my phone, and not thinking at the moment I handed him my phone. He examined it and asked if it was off. This was a blatant invasion of privacy and unacceptable behaviour from a Medical Professional. 3. When I… mentioned I was involved in a car accident, his examination approach changed and I felt like being labeled as a claimant and his attitude became judgemental. When I got home, I immediately checked his references and when I read patients feedback and found out about several Sanctions and Board Actions, including disciplinary actions in two States and a third Professional Misconduct â?¦ I started to understand his suspicious behaviour and the strange Office Policy. Iâ??ll be reporting him to respective Medical Colleges, as this individual must be dealt with in Canada the same way he was dealt with in the US.

After 16 years of pain and suffering and thousands of out of pocket dollars spent, I finally found a surgeon who could actually undo the damage "Dr." K did to me. He has no business practicing medicine. The number of people who's lives he has destroyed is unbelievable, and yet he is permitted to rake in millions of dollars. Some day, I hope it catches up with him and he ends up in jail, where he belongs!

misdiagnosed, botched surgery and additional surgeries needed to correct Dr. K's mistakes. In addition he was confrontational and combative. Need I say more? Amazing that he could actually still be practicing in Texas !!
