Dr. Cromer is an excellent physician. I highly recommend him.

First of all I'm only giving two stars because the doctor was knowledgeable. That being said his bedside manner is atrocious. I went in for an ultrasound of my left shoulder, I was specifically referred to him because there was a terror in my lower rotator cuff. The previous physicians assistant I saw wanted me to see him to get this diagnostic done. Before the appointment while waiting in the exam room the nurse switched out the ultrasound machine for an older model. When he came in he got my information and proceeded to do the test. After he was done he said that because I was a big boy, I'm about 100 lb overweight, there wasn't much that he could see on the scans. My wife was a nurse in an orthopedic clinic and noticed that the machine that they switched out to was a lower quality model. He proceeded to bring up other issues that were evident in my MRI with degenerative disc disease and decided to shove my problems off to another doctor. After years of dealing with doctors and their… biases towards obesity, it was quite evident to me that he did not want to deal with somebody that was overweight. Have you walked into that room and I had been 6 ft 190 lb I probably would have gotten much better service. I recommend that if you are ever given an appointment with this doctor for any reason not just orthopedics that you choose to find another doctor. Unless you are a otherwise healthy and "of the norm", you will not likely get good bedside manner from him.

Nice and to the point. Made the most of my time in an urgent care and had good recommendations. Made it clear he would be unable to follow up because this was not his primary office, but encouraged me to seek him, or someone else, out for any questions. I'd see him again.

This doctor is not diverse and is very uncaring toward Young African Americans. He does not follow up nor is the professional. They treat the working class with uncaring attitude and would recommend that if you get stuck with any doctor at Richland Family Practice Call your Insurance and switch ASAP!!

My was son by thus doctor, we are a Military Family and I REPORTED this Doctor to Tricare. First appoint he gave my son a 90 day supply Terbinafine that treats ppl infected toes and a doctor never gives out this until they check your liver! Never was done and second visit he spent all but 2 minutes with my son. Never once going over any results from last visit and acted very uncaring!
