Terrible bedside manner. Inly went back after first visit to verify we were correct in our impression. RUN AWAY as FAST as YOU can.

Dr Skoog is a fake! She couldn't explain any of my symptoms. All she wanted to do was a colonoscopy. I went in complaining about abdominal pain, nausea, and exceptional weight loss. She said abdominal lumps are normal, everyone has them. She couldn't explain any other of my symptoms. Isn't this way we go to t a doctor. We want to figure out what's wrong with us? Instead, all she offers is a procedure? Her clinic notes were written horribly. Thats probably to cover up her idiocy? I presented a CT of my abdomen and she didn't know how to read it. It ha several areas of concern on it. Had another Dr appointment with her PA Leslie. I told her. She said she doesn't know how to read an image. She can only read the report. Digestive Health specialist on princess drive is a joke. You would be wasting your time and money, by going there! The worst two doctors imaginable. The two people shouldn't be in practice. They are very cold people.

I was told I had Gerd. Went to a specialist at Banner Hospital who said I needed 2 other tests that weren't performed. Meanwhile, I was given a diet by Skoogs nurse so restrictive that I lost a large amount of weight. When I told her I couldn't live on that a restrictive diet, she asked me if she should call the suicide hotline for me!!!! A year laterThe Banner doctor said it was a diet from many years ago, ran the necessary tests I didn't get and said I did not have Gerd. Now I easily eat anything with no symptoms and a year later still trying to gain back weight. Nightmare experience.

Dr. Skoog listened to my problems. She analyzed all the the tests I had with another Dr. I still had questions so she took the time to discuss and came up with answers. I appreciated her time and professionalism. I will not hesitate to go back to her if I need to.

I recently had my first colonoscopy done with Dr. Skoog, something I had been putting off for five years. Dreaded the idea, but I cannot say enough about Dr. Skoog's kind and comfortable demeanor that made this experience a "walk in the park". I have been so frustrated lately with the unapproachable demeanor of many doctors I have experienced in this area in different specialties, so when I met Dr. Skoog I was very relieved. She knows exactly how to explain things and put you at ease immediately. Her staff is also very pleasant and her facility is very nice. In addition, her prep drink for the colonoscopy the day before is simple and straightforward. I have been referring Dr. Skoog to all of my family and friends. Can't say enough, highly recommend!

Dr. Skoog appears to be one of those doctors with her few pet tests. If you problems fit into one of those tests, you could be pleased with her. However, if you do not fit her little box, she refuses to go beyond it to help a suffering patient. Her cold statement was "nothing more to do at this time" although my daughter had lost 50 pounds, looked like a skeleton, had stomach pains, vomiting, and could not hold any food down. Finally, a competent doctor has found she has gastroparesis, a coxackie antibody, and thyroid levels off the charts. She is getting help now. Had she continued with Dr. Skoog, she would be on her way to dying. Don't trust this lazy, incompetent person.

Staff is very efficient, polite, happy, friendly Dr. Skoog is wonderful

I took my mom in to get treated with DR Skoog, she was very kind and seemed well educated. Her staff however needs a lesson in compassion. I spoke to a Roxanne in that office who was incredibly rude on several occasions and seemed irritated at the questions my mother had, I asked to speak with someone else and the call was disconnected. I then has problems getting any kind of follow up after my mother's test, and was denied an appointment by Roxanne. We still haven't gotten her results, and its 3 month 6 weeks later!!
