It is truly a rare gem to find such an individual. Dr. Bader is very open minded and willing to hear you out on any matter. He gives his opinions, but he also lets you know where the "gray areas" are, and allows you as the patient to made the judgement call in those borderline cases. Very intelligent and caring. He wants to give women what they want! But, he is super sharp, too!Of the three docs in the practice, I feel he and one other are excellent, and one other is mediocre. You can more or less work around that other doctor, but I was nervous that that one would be on call when I went into labor. It didn't end up being an issue. I urge patients not only to check these patient reviews, but to note where the docs rank in their own peer ratings! Dr. Bader is top notch by all accounts, not just patient rankings.

While he is hard to get an appointment with it is worth the wait. There are many doctors, midwives, and nurses in this practice who you will not have to wait at all to see. Dr. Bader is the head of the practice and he has the longest wait for good reason.
