This man denied a family member care because he “didn’t want to take the case,” I quote his PA (the one to do his dirty work). If you’re not willing to solve an issue, why is this man a doctor?

Went today for an injury to my wrist. I was in and out in less than an hour - including X-rays. Entire staff was friendly and happy. Dr. Hart was extremely friendly and took the time to explain exactly why I was experiencing problems. He also made suggestions on ways to change my activities to minimize pain. I notice the negative reviews on this site were from people who were told they didn't have a serious injury. I'm guessing they were looking for justification for a lawsuit, so I ignored their reviews. Personally, I was happy to be told I don't need surgery. I appreciate the honesty.

Tim Hart spent 10 minutes with me, at the maximum. I've had an undiagnosed elbow condition for many weeks. He palpitated the area for no more than 30 seconds and concluded the next best step was a multi-thousand dollar MRI. The primary reason for my referral to him was to address my carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, and secondly, for my elbow pain. First, we talked about my wrists. Afterwards, I mentioned my elbow, and he began to have speak to me as if I was hiding things from him about my past since I told him about two incidents (one unrelated to my symptoms, the other one, related) but at separate times in our interaction. The doctor has no customer service skills and left my wife and I deeply offended. I would never recommend him to anyone. He has by far given me one of the worst experiences at the doctor's office ever.

I waited several for a call to make an appointment after my records were transferred to Dr. hart's office . After sever calls TRYING to make an appointment and waiting when I was told I would be called back and never was, I gave up. On to a different surgeon. I never was able to meet with Dr. Hart because his office could never follow through, so I can't comment on Dr. Hart. However, a doctor can only be as good as his office staff.

I don't think Dr. Hart even looked at the X-Rays because he totally missed the fracture in my hand. I went to a different hand specialist the following week, and he saw the fracture right away in the same X-Rays.
