I have never met an individual who cares so very little about those around him whether it be his employees or his patients. If you aren’t an athlete or need a joint replacement he could not care less. He will spend minimal time with you then pass you off to his PA, who is wonderful but a little rough around the edges. Anytime I called in to speak with him or ask a question he wouldn’t even bother returning my calls. I had surgery with him a while ago and I am still in extreme pain. He says he fixes the problem but I wouldn’t be surprised if he does the bare minimum and collects his check. He is a very cold, uncaring man who seems to care more for the quantity of his care over the quality of his work

Dont waste your time with this loser-once he does the surgery -you will never see him again for a follow-up-He discharge you too soon from the hospital while you are still under-if you can walk 200 feet with a walker you are home-check around with other Orthro MD before you sign on the line

Major ego issues who refuses to believe something could go wrong. I’ve been hospitalized twice since he replaced my knee. It would swell with awful pain. He told me it was my back. I don’t have back problems and he absolutely refused to order an MRI to see what was going on. Please read and believe the other reviews who state the same exact thing. Good Luck!

Dr. Northrup is a Surgeon you can trust. Cutting edge technology, no pun intended that allows for faster Recovery and healing. Due to Rheumatoid Arthritis I have had to get multiple joints replaced among other Ortho surgeries. Have been a Patient since 2002 and just had my 10th surgery last month by Dr. Northrup, an Anterior Robotic Hip Replacement. Walking without Aid within two weeks. The most important part is he’s conservative with treatment always and will offer non-surgical options. I trust him with my life.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Northrup. I didn't see him. I had a PA that came in the room. Did not introduce himself besides saying, I am a PA. Did not help me at all or tell me things to do to make it better. Just u need an MRI and who knows that might not help. Awful visit

Dr Northrup changed staff and billing services by keeping the best staff and engaging a professional billing service. All under new management as of August 2017. I have noticed improvements, more focused on patients and being the best they can.

Dr. Northrup has the worst staff. Just an overall awful Doctor and his staff is even worse.

Billing staff is rude and dishonest

Dr. Northrup replaced my left knee, left hip and now my right knee. The right knee was done with robotics. A great Doctor!! I would recommend Dr. Northrup for anyone needing orthopaedic surgery.
