Had a visit for my 4 year old son after waiting 2 months to get in and see an ENT at Christ children’s hospital. We waited 45 min longer than our scheduled appointment before she came in. Once she came in, she introduced herself very dryly and barely made any eye contact. My son was nervous that they would be looking in his ears and she didn’t even talk to him and make him feel comfortable. She was acting as if his nervousness was an inconvenience for her. I had seen other providers and they all said the same thing with regard to why I had to go and see a pediatric ENT. When she examined him, she said that she didn’t see and agree with what the other doctors had said and continued to tell me that she was a specialist and that what she was saying was above their professional judgment. I should’ve waited a couple extra weeks and seen her colleague. Maybe he would’ve made my son and myself more comfortable and not make it seem as if us being there was an inconvenience. I left feeling… worse than when I got there. Christ really should re-evaluate her as a genuine, empathetic provider for their pediatric patients.

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. Took wonderful care of my son. Thorough and very intelligent.
