I paid out-of-pocket and felt like she had me coming in for follow-ups to rack up my bill. I waited in the lobby to be seen for an extended amount of time and the receptionist looked like she was trying to eat her ear, maybe she should consider drug testing her employee who was loud and obnoxious

The ride was very late, the staff was even worse.... they didn't know what to do, wouldn't help with paper work as I cannot see. wait time was atrocious, on staff person who kept having to go to bathroom, long lines waiting, no place for me to sit (I have MS), not handicap acessabile at all.

While waiting to be seen, in a waiting room out of the 70`s and I don't think it has been cleaned since then either, the Dr and the receptionist were arguing so loudly and horrible. I just wanted to get up and leave before even being seen. Because of the visit to this office my insurance is all screwed up because of the receptionist and I am trying to get it all straightened back out. When I did see the doctor, all of her equipment is way out of date, it was filthy and she has no new equipment that is used in today's technology. She even still does the puff of air in the eyes! It was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life! Will never return. Would give less than one star if I could.

Dr. Rege seems to be a competent doctor. However, you must get past her meth-addicted, alcoholic assistant who is incompetent with numbers and will cut you off from service at her whim. I am diabetic and now I will have to leave town for another doctor. Dr. Rege has shown poor judgment in her hiring and retention of this woman. I guess she works cheap.

I was overcharged, waited in the lobbby for a very long period of time, she talked to her staff like they were dogs, she had me follow up several times for a simple eye infection. I really believe her receptionist was high on meth.

My six year old daughter loves her!
