don't know why all of a sudden my meds are being sent to.a totally wrong pharmacy. Not even the same name. And why when I have no car use a Lyft that would amount to almost #30.00! To get their and back. I've told them nice and slow that it is Walgreens not publix so I again have to jump thru hoops to get them all transferred back to correct pharmacy! This is ridiculous It was supposed to have been changed some don't understand the confusion

Dr. Vangala and his team of exceptional people were so helpful and kind to me. Being diagnosed with Bipolar 2 sent me to a bunch of doctors I just didn't fit with. But this practice is amazing!

He is one of Florida's pill pushers, instead of looking for a solution to a problem , he just pushes pills . He really messed my wife up..

If you need drugs, he'll give them to you. If you want a listening ear, ask for the PA She's very nice. The staff is cold and appear to hate their jobs,. DR. V. is my only choice because I can't drive far. He will give you 2 minutes of his time, but doesn't care to listen to your problems..

Staff is lazy and incompetent. Dr Vangala's assistant has selective hearing. Take and throw your money in the garbage before you go visit this place.

Dr.Vangala prescribed my father Xanax .5mg and Ambien 10mg together. If he did a little reasearch he would find out that my dad tried comitting suicide twice and got put in jail once becuase of these medications. My father broke all his ribs and hip in a motor accident due to these medications. Hes an addict and all the doctors in the area know it including heart of florida hospital and celebration hospital. If you took 5 minuites you would know he jumps from doctor to doctor. Cant believe he just prescribes that stuff like its candy. ASK MORE QUESTIONS TO YOUR PATIENT. If it doesnt stop this will be the second doctor iv had to call the police on. He is so medicated that he talks to people that arnt even there and falls all the time. I would avoid this man at all costs if you are set off easily. I have a panic disorder and find it difficult to verbally communicate my problems to someone I've never met before. Even more so with doctors/officials/anyone of 'power'. I find myself more able to communicate by writing things down then answering questions. I wrote out a page and a half about what I've been experiencing. As soon as I handed it to him, he handed it back and refused to read it, even after I explained to him the problem. He talked with me for about 5 minutes, wrote me out a prescription for a depression med, and left. He told me not to worry because I don't have this this this or this ( after all, it only takes 10 seconds and $20 to get their background and hear their history) . And before I could ask more questions he left the room. I left feeling more confused and scared than when I entered. And as for making an appointment, I made an appointment for early in the morning, I believe it was around 8… which is when they first open. They took someone else in ahead of me, which makes me believe they double booked my appointment time which might explain why he spent so little time with me. I thought you had to get to know a patient before you can treat them? I wouldn't let this man treat my hamster. I wish we could give no stars.

I was referred to Dr. Vidyasagar by another MD, and I expected this Doctor to be my best option. I called to make my first appointment, and they could not get me in for almost a month. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment anyway. On my appointment day I waited for over an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor, which would not have been a problem if he would have spent some time listening to me. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. I have seen two other psychiatrists in the past and both spent 45 minutes to an hour with me. This "Quack" spent maybe 5 minutes with me, wrote me 2 prescriptions and sent me on my way. His office does not provide any quality care, and anyone that suffers from depression, anxiety, or any other mental illness needs someone that will listen to them. There is not blood tests or x-ray's that will explain the pain and suffering we suffer from, only the trust you put into your Doctor listing to you. I honestly believe if you really care about your… health avoid this Doctor at all costs. It was clear to me that he does nothing more than schedule as many appointments as possible to make as much money as possible. If you want someone that takes your money and your time and gives you nothing in return this guy is for you. A real psychiatrist always spends time to get to know you, I don't know how this guy even keeps his license. I had a follow up appointment with him and canceled it, what a "Quack".

I have been seeing Dr. Vangala for about 3 years and would not switch to another doctorf. When I have to make a switch to a new insurance plan each year, the only doctor that I make sure is on that plan is Dr. Vangala. If he isn't on that plan I will not go on that plan. He has helped me tremendously and I think he a great doctor and provider of care. Thank you Dr. Vangala for your special attention.

He has an busy office but the wait time is never too long. He spends probably 5 to 6 minutes with me but has another doctor that comes in first for 3 to 4 minutes. I drive about 25 minutes to get to the office and dread going due to the long drive. The few minutes I get with him help me through some big mental health issues. He listens and answers questions. He is not pushy. The staff may be his relatives and are pretty good but not friendly. Don't go there expecting to find a friendly staff coz they do their jobs but do not offer any type of warmth or kindness. I guess since we are all depressed, anxious, sad, and hopeless a friendly face could help but then again probably not. To me he is worth the long drive and the fact I am a little bit calmer seems to help my marriage.
