I went in with issues in cervical area. She was very patient, working through various test results. I have hearing issues & I was able to understand her even through the mask. Not always true when visiting other providers.

So helpful in understanding exactly what is going on for someone without medical training and the language that goes with it. Very thorough in explaining what previous imaging showed, and why a few new ones would be helpful. I've got a clear understanding now. Dr Chang thank you very much for this!

Dr. Chang got me in quickly and had a welcoming demeanor. She explained things in a way I could understand and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering back pain due to herniation.

Dr Chang is a new dr to me sense last year in 2018. She is a confident and friendly physician. She listens. She makes me comfortable in which is important to me as a patient.

I got passed around a lot and only got to see the main dr. Once. It was also VERY hard to get ahold of them and get any dr. notes that I needed.

This was our first visit with Dr. Chang, for my mother's back injury . . and I have to say, that she was exceptionally attentive, caring and professional. I am looking forward to future visits and her helping to get my mother's back, healthier and healed.

I've had long term on going back, neck and spinal problems. It's time to be reevaluated since my last surgery was in 2006
