Dr. Wesley Paul Jackson, MD

Excellent experience. I saw Dr. Jackson for a couple of foot fractures. His staff was very kind and approachable. Dr. Jackson's introduction and approach were very professional and kind. He talked to me about my injury, reviewed the X-rays and explained the injury, and was thorough in offering options for care. He spent a good amount of time with me and answered all questions. I was very appreciative of the care I received from Dr. Jackson.

My appointments, surgeries, healing, follow ups with Dr. Jackson, have always been informative, he always addresses my concerns which I’m very grateful for. When I had the surgery on my foot last year I found him to have wonderful bed side manner.

I haven't seen many Orthopedic Doctors before, but this was a horrible experience. I am always nervous to go to the doctor anyway, and he was so rude. I felt like he couldn't give me 15 minutes of his time. He talked over me the whole time, and didn't ask about any of the symptoms I was having. I was honestly so uncomfortable being in that office I would never go back. I would suggest that if you are in anyway nervous about doctors offices or want to be able to talk to your doctor, stay away from here.

no bedside manner,did not even see me right after surgery to answer any questions, felt like i went through a drive through surgery, like he did not have time for me? not impressed!

I had a tendon injury one year ago and went to another doctor who was unable to diagnose my injury but referred me to a physical therapist who did not help either. I finally decided to see Dr Jackson over a year after my initial injury. Dr. Jackson diagnosed a bifurcated tendon with possible nerve damage. I had surgery one month ago and am in the healing process now. It already feels better although recovery has not been fun. I am having my 4 week post op appointment today so I am hopeful this surgery was successful. So far, so good!
