Dr. Yakelin Castillo Sosa, MD

Very unprofessional staff, Its not what it used to be. There has been changes within the staff that are just poor judgment on the Doctors part. She need to look into this ASAP. Dr. completely detached from clients issues and concerns, complaints, she will not take phone calls, or the front desk employee wont allow you to talk to her. once your in, that is it!, after that is impossible to reach or talk to Dr. Yakelin Sosa . Its very hard to make appointments, not even calling a couple of times, If you make the mistake on buying certificate for yourself or some one else, you are stuck with it!! almost impossible to be redeem. Its a shame that this is happing and Dr. does not see what is happing to her patients, nor protects them from abuse of her staff. Her promotion events are priced fairly to bring in new clients but to redeem it is another story.

I called to get an appointment with this doctor. She answered the phone laughing and chatting with co-workers. I almost thought I called the wrong number. I also thought she was the receptionist. So unprofessional.When she identified herself, I almost turned around and wanted to hang up the phone. She was rude, abrasive and rushing me on the phone. In fact, she spoke over my voice as I was trying to explain the reason behind my call.Finally, when she did let me speak, she was a bit more calm. But, she was still rude, and had a major attitude. I also could not understand her English too well.I do not recommend this doctor. There are so many wonderful, kind and compassionate doctors out there. Avoid Dr. Sosa at all costs.
