Dr. Yasser Adnan Alhaj-Hussein, MD

I suffered for years with unbearable back pain - it destroyed my life. After treatments with Dr Hussein I am now doing everything I love - hiking, fishing, kayaking and spending time no longer suffering.

Very limited office hours (one day/week from 2-4 pm) and he often changes them the day before (to 9-11). Well, that doesnt work when you work full time and have to request time off in advance. His receptionists respons? Sorry I don't know what to tell you. NOT the response you want to hear when you're prescribed strong pain killers! And, it's not a matter of just waiting one more week - he's so booked you'd wait a month. Nothing like putting your patients first. The receptionist - the ONLY help he has - is the lady who makes appointments and writes prescriptions. She isn't a nurse or medical professional so she has no clue what she's doing. She can't answer questions, she writes them incorrectly, and then doesn't return calls when the pharmacy has questions. Call her during the week? TV is on, kids crying in the background....I get it - it's a part time gig but when you are dealing with people in chronic pain or have medical emergencies you need to up the professionalism a bit.… Return calls. Return them promptly. And for God's sake don't be nasty about it. Other than her he's a pretty cool, nice doctor who seems to care about his patients.

Dr. Hussein is amazing and skilled Physician. He performed an EMG and nerve conductivity test on me. I was very nervous and he made me feel very comfortable. i can"t say the test hurt, but it was slightly uncomfortable however it did diagnose what was going on with my neck and arm. hH also performed ultrasound on my elbows just to double check. So I feel he is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. Great place.
