Dr. Yuan Zhong, MD

Why is she a doctor if she is not interactive and not even available to connect or listen to the patient. She starts recording everything but does not give you a physical exam while you are there for a physical? and then you have to pay it from your pocket for the visit. Seems to be a scam then just earning money for something different than what was expected? I would not recommend this doctor unless you are there only for the sake of having to visit her which we did as nobody else is available.

I have had this doctor for a few years and she has not changed at all. She was cold, not caring, and not personable at all. She was always in a rush and did not spend hardly any time with you. Any problems were often brushed off or told by her to figure it out yourself. The only reason I stayed with her was because I wanted a mandarin speaking provider but at this point I think it is better I switch to another provider because she is of no help and very rude.

She probably said about 10 words to me the whole appointment, she sat with her back to me for most of it, didn't seem to care about the reason why I came in, and gave only yes/no responses to any questions I asked. Very frustrating appointment!!

Very impersonal experience. The nurse did not look up once from her computer and was just plain rude. No smiling or joking at all. Dr. Zhong seemed rushed and literally looked up at me once the entire time. I have a head injury and she did zero nuerological tests. She acted like I was wasting her time and she had more important patient's to get to. Waste of time and money.
