Dr. David Gregory Stewart, MD

I recently saw Dr Stewart for shoulder pain due to a skiing injury. He could not have been more disinterested in me or my shoulder pain. I left with no diagnosis, had to request something for the pain and he never laid hands on me and examined me. Basically said that because I was in my 60's I just needed to allow my shoulder to heal???

Disagreed with absolutely everything the radiologist said wanted to put me on light duty I told him my work won't honor that and he said I can't promise you will have a job after which showed me he couldn't care less about trying to figure out a plan that works and there was only one way to treat me and that requires losing my job. Please don't waste your time and money going to him.

I had seen Dr. Stewart for 2 1/2 years. My husband lost his job and we had to change insurance companies. We were moving from Arizona to Mississippi and my meds were running out. I call his office to get him to give me a month's supply and he refused because the insurance was not one he accepted. I did not need to see all I wanted him to do was to call in a prescription for the meds I needed. He was very rude and said that he would not do that. I would not recommend this Doctor at all. He is really a jerk. I would rate him less than one star if possible. He does not care for his patients at all. Do yourself a favor and find another Doctor. Don't waste your time with Dr. Stewart.

I have been seeing Dr Stewart for several years due to Osteoarthritis in my knees. He is a VERY caring an thorough Dr. Sometimes his appointments get behind because he NEVER rushes a patient. When waiting you know you too will have all the time you need and you will not feel like a number. He has performed surgery on both of my knees and I think he is just as good as it gets. I would recommend him to anyone!
