This provider has staff that does not care about patients. I am high risk and explain that to them when I arrived. The entire staff are not wearing masks. I asked them to please wear it while in the room treating me but they refused. I was treated roughly buy one staff member Who did not wash or sanitize her hands. Then she proceeded to touch my eyes. My brother who is a nurse calls that a dirty bird!!After this 2 other staff members came into the room unmasked trying to show me that they can do what they wanna do. It honestly made me feel personally violated. When I express that to them they didn’t care. I chose to get up and leave without seeing the doctor after I had already waited over an hour. It just wasn’t worth the risk or the stress. There are too many other places in the Dallas area to choose from.

Saw Dr for MD said they needed approval to treat from insurance co. Would receive a call from office next day with date for procedure . 3 days latter nothing . Called Heritage Eye told they don't do his billing or insurance or appointments for procedures told to call Plano office called not there told to call Dallas , Called not there and no record of any patient contact for my treatment . Told someone would call back. When they did they wanted insurance info. Which was already given then told it could take 2 weeks to hear back from BCBS. Told them that was bull Insurance said few days at most. As to have Dr call back he did and told us to get a new Dr. Bottom line is they lost or failed to take the action when called on it get lost . Dont want that kind of Dr
