Dr. Jorge J Corona, MD

I cannot recommend Dr. Jorge Corona highly enough. After having an upper blepharoplasty performed overseas, I experienced complications with a stitch that required immediate attention. While the idea of traveling abroad for surgery can seem enticing due to the results seen on social media, my experience is a cautionary tale: follow-up care is essential, and flying back across the world for a minor issue is simply not realistic. I am incredibly grateful I found Dr. Corona. He was exceptionally kind and handled my revision work with a gentle, expert touch. His bedside manner immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation. My only regret is that I didn’t go to him from the very beginning. If you are considering any procedure, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Dr. Corona—you will truly be in the best hands.

I went to see Dr Corona for an eye problem he sent me to have an mri before he could do my surgery I went to have it done but he never called me about results or anything—when I called his office they would not answer any of my questions

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Dr. was obviously overbooked and expected patients to wait for over an hour after their appointments were scheduled just to see a very rude and incompetent nurse. Cannot recommend this practice in any way.

Dr. Corona and his staff are incredibly talented and accommodating! He has performed surgery on me, provided an excellent referral for my husband and is always extremely responsive to see us in an emergency. In addition to his best in class medical and surgery skills, we know he also has a generous heart and gives endlessly to help families in Guatemala and other parts of the world. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Corona and the entire staff in the office!!! You will be delighted and know you can trust in their thoughtful care.

Dr . Corona seemed to me a great doctor. But his staff is so very unprofessional. I have been calling them for two weeks now just to set up a time for an eyelid lift which I need so bad. I am 66 and have had a stroke, had Botox for migraines that went very wrong, and my eyes are very dry. I was referred by another doctor who I think is just wonderful and I called her office to let her know how his staff is treating me. They are not responding to any of my request to set up a time for an hour long surgery which when I spoke with Shirley she could have set up the appointment by the time we had talked. She acted as if she had never heard my name and that she had no clue as to why I was calling. Pretty sad for an office staff. I called another doctor and they were so sweet. It makes me wonder how my surgery would have been performed. Just wanting others to know so you won't waste time like I did.

I don't see a place to write a review after the surgery, but I can already rate my initial office visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Corona to others. He is confident and kind.
