Alexander Bryant Christ, MD

Orthopedic oncology surgeon, Dr. Christ has been working with my 12 year old daughter, whom is fighting ostesarcoma, for the past year at UCLA Orthopedic Hospital in Santa Monica. At the start of her journey he diagnosed her and quickly referred her to a highly respected pediatric oncologist who specializes in pediatric sarcomas so she can receive chemotherapy. Dr. Christ worked closely with the team to properly time her surgery. The surgery involved tumor removal, limb salvage and knee replacement. My daughter continues to see him for general care and follow up, and related support. Dr. Christ is a highly competent surgeon and wonderful human. He is incredibly present, focused, honest, and takes his work very seriously. He cares deeply about his patients and shows this in kindness and respect. I appreciate that he is passionate about progress in his field and is very involved in research and knowledge of the latest. I trust him immensely because he consistently embodies high caliber… skill, integrity and patient care. Childhood cancer is a painful journey but having amazing leaders on your medical team like Dr. Christ means your child is in the absolute best care and for that I am incredibly grateful. We highly recommend Dr. Christ!

Dr. Christ is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon who combines cutting edge technology with good old fashioned compassionate care.
