Dr. Bonnie An Henderson, MD

I saw Dr. Henderson twice, once for a routine annual and then for an emergency situation about a month later. No bedside manner, very perfunctory, didn't ask any questions, really couldn't care less. During the exam she told her assistant to make a note of "C-1." She didn't tell me what that was. Since I accompany my geriatric parents to medical appointment I fortunately suspected that was a code for a cataract. She wasn't planning to tell me but told me I was correct, and then offered no advice for future care other than to make another appointment the following year. When I came back for the emergency (which required seeing another specialist) she was uncaring and expressed no concern over my pain or fears and put me into a process that took a month to get relief (I wasn't overly impressed with the specialist at this practice either). Obviously I have now changed doctors.

Never had a dr.ever, who wd write false entries of judgement or, vindictive behavior after her shift ...which is unethical behavior... She has caused harm- depression... She is impatient, and, has been abusive, and, pt.privacy was violated, if Epic ...had to request redacting of records...but, unit ignored pt.civil rights... Refused to answer questions, after 2 hrs wait, yet her unit Bill's insurance...arrogant and, hurtful...still have not recovered!

Dr. B.A.Henderson did harm to pt. and billed insurance, without, rendering full service...refused to answer questions, for reason of pt.referal... became intolerant& temperment...wrote false and incorrect entries to other doctors in her group... late on her busy shift- was victimized...became depressed after her impatience! She wrote false entries, and, caused harm! She is not humane!

Did cataract surgery on both my eyes. She's an excellent surgeon with good follow up. Would highly recommend her.
