Dr. Kanz is a very kind, compassionate and professional doctor. He is very through and informative of my total knee replacement procedures. He did both of my knee replacements. I would highly recommend him. Office staff is very friendly and professional.

The doctor is fine. The office staff is horrible, disorganized, does not communicate. I almost canceled my surgery because the office staff was so bad and really upset me. Because of this I will never go back to him.

I called to schedule an appointment. I informed the receptionist of my symptoms and my visit to the ER three days earlier. I also informed her that I do dialysis Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesdays I have wound care in the morning. I am looking for a Tuesday afternoon or Thursday appointment. She would not schedule an appointment. I have given her my insurances, thinking that would suffice to schedule an appointment. No, she said their policy is to take down all my information, insurances, etc., and then they would review and call me back. I am in pain. I declined to give her any additional information without an appointment. I will look for another Dr.
