I took my aunt there for follow up fracture care and was denied the appointment because I did not have my copay. I thought that this had been billed under fracture care and thus, there would be no copay, but they chose to bill her services under office call so that they could collect more money by collecting a copay. Anyway, we had to leave because they stated that it was there policy "no copay, no care" Cambridge residents go elsewhere for CARE!

Dr. Jackson is the greatest! After 40-something years of pain, he was the one who finally diagnosed my spinal stenosis ??. He also fixed a torn miniscus in my knee... Couldn't believe how quick I healed from that! Now I am ready to go see him again, due to a "boxer's fracture"... Probably will get a cast.... Very first one I've ever had and I'm overt 50!

Dr. Jackson is the best!!! thanks to him I have my life back! Two total knee replacements! No pain, no limp, and now i can work, walk, and even ride a bicycle!

I have had 1 appt so far he sent me for an injection but did not get relief so waiting to see how soon he will schedule my hip replacement so far he seems like a very caring and concerned Dr

Recovering from flexor tendon surgery in my pinkey finger, at my last appointment he said that he wanted to break my finger. Figuring out later that he wasn't being profesional because at my occupational therapy I told them what he had said to me and she said that breaking the finger wouldn't help straighten my finger, it would have set me back.

It is my opinion that Dr. Jackson is wonderful! I had two knee replacements within a 3 month period...great results .........

Dr Jackson did a total hip replacement on me in Jan. Everything went great, he does a fine job explaining what the procedure was going to be and following up with the family after your procedure is finished. The follow up appointments are short and to the point , I would definitely recommend him to others
