YOU HORRIBLE PIECE OF FECAL MATTER!!!! How DARE YOU PUT YOUR UNGLOVED HANDS ON MY FACE AT PRY MY EYE OPEN WHEN IM TELLING YOU IT HURTS!!! I hope u loose your license you verbally abusive curmudgeon!!!! Worst experience in 40 years and iv been getting regular eye exams since i was in 5th grade NEVER AGAIN YOU TROLL! How dare you tell a GROWN WOMAN SHE DOESNT FEEL PAIN SHE IS FEELING!!!!! You violated my HUMAN RIGHTS! If AN ADULT TELLS YOU THEY ARE ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING YOU DONT TELL THEM THEY ARE NOT!!! PIECE OF FECES!!! Just like the smell of your office! YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED LORD HELP YOU!

excellent doctor, great staff, and always a good experience when going there

I was a new patient and in need of eye exam. I was excited on how quick they gave me an appointment. I was greeted by a kind receptionist and explained my insurance benefits to me. I did have to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment, but I didn't find that as excruciating as other offices. Dr Eisenbergs exam was brief but very thorough. I ordered some glasses from his dispensing tech and you can't ask for a more knowledgeable and patient person. She was absolutely wonderful. This was the first time I received compliments on my glasses and so pleased with the cost. Hands down the best pair I've ever purchased. That office gets a thumb up from me all the way!!

I was positively impressed by my examination with Dr. Eisenberg a few months ago. His very attitude and bearing made a very favorable impression on me. He wrote a new prescription for my eyeglasses that is just right for me. We discussed matters of interest to us both. He has scheduled an appointment for me so that he can begin to evaluate the status of my cataracts. I a looking forward to my next visit with him.

My daughter had an appo[ntment today at 4:40 pm.After we waited almost 35 minutes to be seen the secretary states I needed a referral from her doctor.She was very rude and unprofessional.I wasted my time and I will never recommend anyone to them.

WENT TO DR. EISENBERG FOR A COMPLETE EXAM. ARRIVED 20 MINUTES EARLY , WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN TO EXAM ROOM (NO WAITING) GIVEN COMPLETE EXAM??? AND OUT THE DOOR IN 10 MINUTES. YES, THAT IS 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPT. WAS EVEN SCHEDULED FOR!!. THEN HE BILLS INS CO. FOR ALMOST $400.00!!. WENT TO ANOTHER DR. HAD 1HR EXAM. AND GIVEN CONSULTATION. DR. EISENBERG IS A RIP OFF, IN MY (AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINION).

I still doubt about the diagnosis because I have the same symptoms that I had when I saw Dr. Eisenberg. But the worst is his billing department, they would not their job and then send you to collections. Not even knowing that they would get paid by their client's insurance, they take the effort to resend a bill or follow regular procedures that they should know when doing this job. Worst service I ever had.

My one & only experience with this so called "doctor" was horrible to say the least. He's no sensitivity, tolerance, & is an over all jerk not to mention he's not even good at his chosen profession. Need a re-examination after going to see him due to failed eye screening elsewhere & being told by him there was no need for glasses.
