Dr. David Enrique Font-Rodriguez

I had double reverse shoulder surgery by this G-d given doctor.This was due to a horrendous accident at age 80.It was a very long haul but I made it because of him. Two separate surgeries , one on a Friday and one on a Sunday per shoulder and was hospitalized for a considerable time. He is most caring, extremely professional and a wonderful human being. It is now 4 years later, at 84, am still living on my own, and doing everything. The first year was rough but after that if u follow what he tells u to do, there is a light at the end of the trail. I still see him once a year and look forward to it.

Had stint placed at the hospital went home the next day. Minimal pain. Doctor Font Rodriguez one of the best doctors we have had.

I really wish I could give him a better review. I went to see this doctor because I saw that the had good ratings and reviews and unfortunately, was extremely disappointed. First of all, good luck if you are in Pain and need to see him right away at his Miami Beach office. I was in extreme pain after suffering a big fall and I had to wait over a month to see him. I had an MRI done so he basically had to read it and give me the diagnosis. It turned out that I had a partial tear on my Rotator Cuff, and he sent me to do some physical therapy. I did like the fact that he was not quick to suggest surgery but instead injected me and sent me to therapy. I had to then schedule a follow up appt which again, I had to wait for over a month. Finally, when I went to the appt, after waiting over an hour in the waiting area, I got a text letting me know that my appt was changed to a much later time. This happened while I was already there!!! I had to go to work and told them that I had… to leave and will reschedule. Call during the week to reschedule and no answer. I literally call every day for about a week and was not able to get thru. Even my pharmacy called me to let me know that they were contacting them to get a refill prescription for the pain and were not able to get thru. I didn’t want to change doctor because I already had the history with him and most recently went back so that he can tell me what the next steps are since I am feeling better but not 100%. Again, waited a month for the appt. He saw me for less than 5 minutes, didn’t even check my shoulder but ordered for me to go and get an MRI. Three weeks later, didn’t hear from him or office. Got the MRI bill but nothing from them. Called them again and they are telling me that I must schedule an appt so that he can read the results. I have to wait another month just for him to read my results. She told me that if I didn’t want to wait, I can always go to my regular doctor and have him read it. Are you SERIOUS!!!! I have heard he is a good doctor and some people are happy with their results, but it is obvious that there is a HUGE disconnect with their customer service and my personal experience was not the greatest. I decided to switch doctors and will be going to someone else that cares about their patients and are considerate with their time and money.

Made appointment with Dr. Font, the waiting was a bit long but it was worth the wait. The man is superb. Excellent Doctor talks to you and explains everything with detail. will definitely would refer him to all my Family and Friends.

The surgery was fantastic! Dr. Rodriguez was wrong in one thing, he stated I would experience pain and till this day I have not had one pill at all. The waiting is worth it he is a stupendous Doctor. The office and staff experience was good.

I had two surgeries with Dr. Font second one we redid but problem was me Dr.Font -Rodsriguez never got mad at me for making him do it over again he is unflapple and his secretary Bettie are great This third one should be a charm god bless them both
