Dr. Diana Marisa Delvalle, MD

Dr Del Valle is a ENT at ENT and allergy associates of Florida. My experience was not pleasant after 2 separate visits (i try to give people a second chance just in case they are having a rough day). She Talks at you and not to the patient. She does Not involve you in the plan of care. She was Rude and if challenged or patient asked questions she becomes very aggressive and only resolve is “i can find you list of doctors if you are not happy with me”. After your visit with this doctor you are left with guessing or googling on the internet for clarity as she does not take the time to discuss or explain your health conditions or treatment options. I learned more from the schedulers that called to make my appointments. I feel bad for her patients that are not as clinical as myself without a medical background. Two separate times i asked for refill of my medications, and it was not ordered. If you are having any issues that require a ENT, do not look for help with Dr Diana Del Valle… because you will not receive it. I cannot speak on the other physicians at ENT and allergy associates of Florida as I was never seen by them, just her. Wishing you best luck and health.

She was incredibly patient and thorough, displaying a good bedside manner along with extensive knowledge. So grateful!

Great doctor. Fix my problem. She listened to my issues and then fixed them. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Delvalle was polite and seems like a good person, however, I was misdiagnosed on something an ENT should have clearly known about. I was prescribed an extremely high dose of medicine I should not have been given, which according to 2 other doctors could have caused serious damage to my kidneys due to the state I was in. I would not go back there nor would I recommend this doctor to others.

Had 2 visits to treat vertigo and was incorrectly diagnosed and treated the wrong ear. As a result, lost work time, two nights of sleep and still had my symptoms until I saw another ENT who treated the CORRECT ear and feel better. Spoke to office manager who claims they did no wrong. Wanted to be reimbursed for copayment but she claimed its the same treatment no matter which ear which is not medically true.

Like a dog after a bone, Dr. Del Valle doesn't stop until she finds the answer. Came in with damaged vocal cords which were remedied by her diagnosis/prescription. In the process, she found nodules in my thyroid and would not give up until they were diagnosed. She assisted in the throid removal from which recovery was a breeze. My scar is almost invisible 5 months later. Thanks to her, I know what to do when I over-excert the vocal cords so they don't have permanent damage. Many thanks to her and lovely assistant Linda.

I scheduled an appt. for 2:10 p.m. As a new patient, I completed paperwork which took about 5 min. At 3:08 p.m., I was within 2 min. of walking out the door (I refuse to wait an hour for a doctor) when I was called back. Turns out my appt. was actually set for 2:30 although no one told me that. Dr performed a "procedure" during my office visit and I was not told there would be a charge in addition to the office visit. Got a bill for $297 for an unnecessary procedure. Called to try to amicably get some sort of adjustment, but doctor refused. Stay away!
