Botched a 360° lumbar fusion Botched the follow-up I AM NOW 100% CRIPPLED!!!

In 2017 this man fused my lower back. Somewhere in the next 2 weeks I had developed osteomyelitis of the spine. ( no idea where I got that ) and had to have a repeat surgery in a different hospital since it was the weekend. Saw dr once after surgery and only after my family demanded the PA call him. Long story but I ended up in three different hospitals two physical rehabilitation hospitals life flighted and spent 3 1/2 months in the hospital. Please do your homework. Go to a good neurosurgeon ( I have a wonderful Dr now )

Dr. Musser showed me why n where my pain was coming from n he explained what he wanted to do to help me. He is the only doctor who has given me options instead of just saying no. Thank you!

Dr. Musser has done two surgery's on my back but the thing is i never seen him afterwards it was always his PA. I would rather have seen Dr. Musser but never happened. The best part is with his staff I have never been treated so badly before as I have them Dr. went off sick so his so called secretary put me on the list for when he returned she would make an appointment she never called back I found he had been back for awhile so for two months I tried to call several times she never called me back. So one month later after my last call she finally her excuse was she never got my messages that the front office must have deleted my messages I told her I did not believe her why would they delete just my messages then she got all up in the air and got loud with me then I told her it does not matter how many calls I made she was supposed to call me anyway then really got mad then she hung up on me. So from there I talk to her manager she said she call me back I left three more… messages to her till this day she did not call me so then I called her boss she did call me back a few days later I was not home she left a message to call her so I did three week's later she did not call I also left several messages no call. Then I called left several messages still no call. I called again then someone got her on the phone she was not pleasant at all I was very frustrated at this point. Then she told me the Dr. wrote in my file that he did not want me as a patient due how rude i was to his staff to which is the furthest thing from the truth. Then I talked to someone in record's is not written anywhere that says that besides that I would have gotten a letter saying that but i never got one so she lied to me. So because of all this really upset me so there for I warn everyone stay away from all that mess. I have reported all to the Medical Board and who ever else can do something about it. I also called and left four messages to the Practice manager she does not call back either. I will not let this go they are all very unprofessional and very rude.

This doctor operated on me twice and now I can barely walk. I am in unbearable pain daily due to this man. I went to Cleveland Clinic for 2nd opinion and was informed that he severely messed me up. Please get 2nd opinion before you let him touch you.

Dr. Musser is top-notch in his skill and patient care. I am grateful to have been his patient and his ACDF work on me has been extremely successful.

My Sister is a MESS .... Dr. Musser operated on her spine twice and now she can't do ANYTHING ...including walking ! This disgusts me and someone better check this man out before he does this to another person . Shame on you Dr. Douglas H Musser ! Videos will be posted to you tube and anywhere else I can post them very soon . I am going to Ohio soon to get the pictures to back up my words !

Dr. muster did my spinal diskectomy several years ago and my back is better than ever. Great doctor and he and Dr. Joseph are the best ortho docs in the area.

I only have one complaint about Dr. Musser and that is in regards to return phone calls from his staff. Anytime I have called the office, there is never anyone available to talk with and return calls are not done in a timely manner. It takes 2-3 days, or many times no return call is received at all. I trust only Dr. Musser with my back surgery but getting ahold of somoeone in the office is a nightmare especially in an urgent situation.
