Dr Hay has been providing eye exams, cataract monitoring & surgery for many years to my entire family.

Dr Andy Hay is an excellent doctor, who goes out of his way to discuss any problems or treatment necessary. He is very professional , returns calls promptly and his staff are always courteous

I visit Dr. Hay's office since years. Not only me, but my whole family are visiting him. He is a very busy doctor, but has all the time an ear for something else. We love him and Cheryl at the entrance, very much.

Stayed in the waiting room during the appointments for my wife for three years. What she would tell me he said made no sense. Finally insisted on sitting in on one of the appointments. Immediately found her a good eye doctor, she had her cataract surgeries and is doing fine. Not one thing he said was verified by the doctors in the other practice.

Dr. Hay is very thorough and performs many tests to follow my eye conditions, to ensure any changes are detected. I'm a candidate for glaucoma and have cataracts growing so I appreciate the attention he pays to my eye condition at each visit. He's personable, professional, and competent,and Cheryl, his assistant, is very pleasant. I'm very happy I have Dr. Hay following my eyes' condition.

He used to be the best. Now I go in for a checkup and he yells at me when I ask questions. Doesn't seem to have time to talk. Is he under a lot of stress in the last year?

I've been a patient of Dr. Hay for approximately one year. Dr. Hay has always been polite and I have never had a problem with him

He don't want any question about your condition and his treatment to you at all. If you ask him any question, he gets rude. His staff and himself is the most rude and manner less person( have not seen them smile with in the entire time of my visit almost 2-3 years in every 3-4 months

Dr. Hay is very rude! He has no bedside manner at all. He does rush you in and out but does not rush to send a bill. My mother had been going to him for years and when I finally started to go with her I noticed how very rude he was and how he handled her . Most of time he seemed to be irritated. I had asked him to fill out some paperwork so that I could get a handicapped sticker for my Mom and he refused saying he did not have time. I took this same paperwork to our Primary Physician and she filled out the paperwork immediately. I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Andy Hay to anyone.

Check out this site. Good True Eye Doctors hard to find. Vision disappearing rapidly. Called him three times since January. No website Sadly No docs care about these sites
