Dr. Christopher Donald Lawley, DO

Good doctor, but terrible office staff.they don't return phone calls nor do they give Dr.Lawley messages when you ask them to.Still waiting for a call back about oncologist.

Dr. Lawley has been taking care of our Mother for 3 years now since her cancer diagnosis. He has arranged Procedures that improved the Quality of Life for our Mother. Two of These procedures required that he work in unison with other Surgeons and Thanks to His and their Expertise, and Dr Lawley's Nurse and Staff arranging these Procedures, My Mom is living a better life. He continues to take care of my Mom and Always with the same care as if she were his own Mom. God Bless Dr. Lawley and His Staff. The Stannus/Cambell Family

I gave 3 stars because Dr Lawley himself is a great doctor but His staff leaves a lot to be desired! I recently had a procedure done and was put on antibiotics. I ended up having a reaction to the medicine and called to get another prescribed. I have spoken to the receptionist as well as a nurse and 4 days later still no call. I have dealt with him long enough to know if he got the message he'd have prescribed something else. Expect a incompetent staff and long wait times but also a doctor who will listen and actually talk to you.

Like the dr. He listens and understands my discomfort. Staff hardly ever returns calls and asks which number I called (Wilmington or Mainville). Does it matter if neither number returns calls? One time they actually answered and told me to call back - really? What kind of service is that?

Fantastic Doctor! Really takes the time to listen to you and his staff is equally good.

Total waste of time. Waited in the waiting room for 1-2 hours for every appointment. ALWAYS just wanting to put me on antibiotics and do scopes on my bladder. Never got to the real issue of my problem. Went to a new urologist. Bam within a month problem solved.

2 hour wait

I have been going to Dr. Lawley for almost 15 years. Yes he sometimes get behind towards the end of the day. But he also has to provide care in emergency situations as well.

The doctor is great the problem is getting past his rude staff to try to see him they act like they do not want your business and you can always expect a two hour wait.
