He took really good care of me in 2011 with a total knee replacement..

If possible I'd give him NO stars. He saw my husband for a shoulder injury after a car accident. First of all the office staff was extremely rude and it took over a month and a half to get an appointment. They sent the paperwork through the mail in Spanish, even though when he called he spoke to them in English. He called them back and they blamed it on a new girl that just figured that since he has a Hispanic name that he needed the Spanish paperwork. Needless to say this was not a good start when there was basic discrimination by them judging by his name. He went into the visit and all the doctor wanted to talk about was his political views. He immediately looked at my husband's MRI and recommended surgery. He didn't even want to examine his shoulder. He wouldn't let my husband talk, cut him off when he did try to talk and ask questions, he was told it would all be better after the surgery and left. This does not spark the kind of confidence that you want in a doctor. I… wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. I highly recommend that you listen and find any other doctor. I'd recommend a veterinarian do surgery on you before I'd recommend him to anyone.

Great experience with this Doctor, Elliott- he is well experienced. I would go back again, anytime.. His staff is great, they " rock". Liz , is awesome - she " rock".

Most horrible office experience. Staff is overworked and take very long in processing paperwork.. Because of their delay in submitting my FMLA paperwork to my employer I was without pay for 1 month. They attitude was, oh so sorry we have a lot of patients!...Well , I'm a patient as well , not 1 surgery , but 2 surgeries and deserve the same respect. Office manager Rusty even hung up on me when I questioned delay in sending paperwork, 3 weeks to fax 5 pages to my disability insurance!!! They really didn't care if I was without pay or not. When she finally advised that she had faxed paperwork it was actually an $8.00 fax fee invoice she had sent to insurance...thus another week delay, I was not told there was a cost or I would have paid at office to avoid further delay. I had to go into office and pay the $8 so that my paperwork could be submitted and I could get paid. The only reason I return to this office is because of Dr. Clemens ability as a surgeon, I can do without… his staff.!!!

hes my doc but once my wife was in pain from right knee I called they said he had left for the Christmas holidays so they made an appointment for jan-7th but on jan 3rd doc office called me said doc saw notes they took and said doc wants her here now so I took her in doc. doc said she needs surgery he called office manager and said I don't care what you do i''am operating her fri. shes suffered enough forget MRI . after surgery he said she had 5 tears but she will be needing complete knee replacement within a yr. 8 moths later she went back he said surgery this Thursday. 2 days after surgery my wife told nurse I have to go to bathroom she said go on your own theres not going to be anyone home learn now when she left my dauther called me told me what happen I called dr. clemmens he said no one treats my patients this was he called hosp. told them to remove nurch from his floor asap.

Office visits wait time is sometimes 2-3 hours. Spends very little time with patient.

Don't let your elderly loved one go here. Went in for meniscus repair, after surgery was told knee was good for years to come. Within days excruciating pain, worst than when we came in, then they wanted to do a partial knee replacement. There is no repair for a meniscus repair in someone over 50!Look for a top doc for your loved one or at least get a second opinion. Make sure you do your own homework because this office will not tell you all of the downside and possible outcomes. the doctor talks to his sidekick rather than the patient. Terrible bedside manner.Three visits after surgery waste of time. In waiting room, saw people in pain, one man stated he had an infection in his knee replacement and they just kept pushing it along and letting him suffer, another elderly lady there with her daughter (post surgical) cried from the pain.I suspect the regularly scheduled seminars are nothing more than an avenue to keep the surgical revenues coming.

Nice friendly staff, and I would refer Dr Clemence to any and everyone.

Found the cause of my pain and knew what needed to be done to alevate the pain. He explained what was going on, what my options were and all risks involved as well as possible outcome of the suggested procedures. Scheduled precedure as soon as possible and did a great job. Very professional demenure.

Dr. Elliott is great, his office staff needs courtesy and patient training. They don't return phone calls, they forget to call in medication as promised and you will not get a free Dr. Signature on any document without you paying a fortune for it!
