How fortunate we are to have Dr. Malek here in San Antonio. He operated on my shoulder a year ago and since then I have been pain-free. He is consistently alert to his patients' concerns, patiently listening to them, rather than typing notes as we speak. God bless Dr. Malek and keep him here!

This was my 6th surgery on my right knee. My last Dr referred me to Dr Malek and I am so happy that he did. My knee keeps getting infected and I lost all hope for being able to walk without a limp and so much pain in my knee. When I visited him for the first time, I thought, wow, here’s a Dr who really cares about my knee. When he told me I had to have it taken out again I started crying right in front of him and my mom. He was very sympathetic. I really appreciated that. My last Dr made me feel like an assembly line patient. Dr Malek answers all my questions and makes me think positive. I’m hoping this is the last surgery I’ll have, but who knows. What I do know is that I’m in good hands and I trust him completely. At my post op appt, he asked me how I felt about my new knee and the surgery. I was surprised he asked me that because I’m not used to getting that attention. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a replacement.

Excellent surgeon! After spending time in pain dealing with a bad hip, Dr. Malek's surgery gave me my mobility back and no more pain! I'd highly recommend this brilliant & skilled surgeon!
