I went there because I have an ear problem I had to wait 30 minutes before they got me in and the visit lasted 1 minute 45 seconds during which I did not find out what was wrong with my ear I paid $ 250 for that When I asked why I had to pay so much, the doctor replied, "I didn't make you come here" I definitely do not recommend this doctor GREGORY BUSSELL

This Doctor is so irresponsible and no professionalism! He ordered a biopsy for me and I took the biopsy per his recommendation. However, several days after he received the biopsy results from the radiology department where I had the biopsy taken, Dr. Bussell did not even bother to give me a call and let me know the results. I had to keep calling his office and asked the office staff to leave a message for Dr. Bussell to call me back with the biopsy results.

Dr. Bussell has rave reviews online, so my experience is clearly not the norm, but here's my take. He gave me about 2 minutes (seriously) then had me take a hearing test (which was normal), then saw me again for 4 minutes, and told me I "probably'' had a certain disease, and basically pushed me out the door, shook my hand and gave me a big smile, and said "see ya later!" What? I go home to read up on this disease and it's a degenerative nightmare condition. He even said, ''we could do a bunch of tests to figure out what's going on, but the treatment is the same." I just don't think he had time to do good medicine.. I'm sure he's loved by many because he's like Richard Simmons happy, but I don't care how happy my doctor is, if doesn't think critically.

I was referred to see Dr. Bussel by my primary physician for three times. . I felt so disappointed. Two things: He had me go through this procedure: Direct flexible laryngoscopy. He never successfully numbed me. He just numbed my nose but my nose was not successfully numbed. He never numbered my throat. He used the thin tube to go through my nostrial and tried to see my throat. I was not able to tolerate this procedure because numbing is not working. According to a doctor's friend, the numbing effect should work for one hour, but I didn't feel I was numbed at all. This procedure should take about 5 to 10 minutes, but this doctor only took one second and done with the procedure. Second, they never sent back the report to my doctor's office. BY the way, theirr office is dirty, filthy and lay behinds other doctor's office.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Bussell today, and I am so happy that I saw him! I have never felt more confident with a doctor's diagnosis and plan of action for me. As a healthcare consumer, I've been around the block more than a few times (unfortunately) and I've met more than my fair share of doctors in the 45+ years of my life (trust me). I'm done shopping for an ENT, I think this guy is the best. His plan of action is very conservative (good), but, if I should need surgery (he never mentioned it, I'm just surmising), I trust Dr. Bussell and would have him perform it. If you're looking for a doctor with whom to sit and chat and share stories, this is not the guy (go hang out with a friend for that); but if you're looking for an empathetic doctor who will LISTEN to you when you give him your SYMPTOMS, who can deliver an accurate diagonosis and smart plan of action...this IS the guy. I highly recommend him.

He is the ultimate and ideal physician within his field. For years I went mis-diagnosed and suffered severe pain...that is, until I visited Dr. Bussell. His bedside manner is wonderful, and insightful. He is beyond thorough with his examinations, and unlike many doctors, LISTENS to his patient's concerns with empathy and viable solutions! I have (as an adult), had two surgeries in which he made my comfort his utmost concern and both were successful surgeries that enabled me to retain my hearing and feel the relief from excruciating pain that I was so desperately enduring! I would NEVER go to another ENT. He is a 5 star specialist by far!

He has operated on 3 of my 4 children. He has a wonderful personality that puts the kids at ease. He makes everything understandable when explaining to us the parents or to the kids. I would highly recommend him. Professional and an excellent doctor!

Dr Bussell has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease right away. He saw me on time and was very good at explaining my problem to me. Best doctor I've seen in a long time.

Dr. Bussell is not only the most gentle and courteous doctor, he is by far the best at diagnosis and treatment plans. I wouldn't go to another ENT! He is simply wonderful at what he does.
