The staff was pleasant when I arrived. I was seen on time. The physician was thorough, pleasant to talk to you, seemed well-informed, and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Couret did a wonderful job, she took her time and answered any questions that I had. She is very friendly and polite.

despite months of calling, dr. couret NEVER returned the multiple messages. i am in an extreme amount of pain. she did not provide any follow-up or discussion. essentially, she saw me, did not do the tests i wanted, made $400, and then left. she stated three things she would look into but never actually did. dr. couret, the most important thing in healthcare is simply knowing that your doctor is your advocate and there for you. but by entirely ignoring me, you have shown such disrespect for my body, time, and money.
