My experience and my husband's also, is and has always been Dr O'Dowd who's been willing to talk through all the options and related issues that may be of concern to make a decision for me which is accessible, attainable, appropriate, and effective for the situation. We had worked through so many options to determine that mindfully moving using agreed upon aids was the next step towards reaching the end goals. He is skilled in finding the balance as healing continues.
