Always a first class experience - very professional and very pleasant.

Truly cares about his patients . We were blessed having Dr J. Giella in our lives. Amazing physician. A rare gem in today's world.

The doctor had a very cavalier attitude when I had a 1.5 spike in my PSA. He told me to go home an take Advil and hot baths for two or more weeks. There was no sense of urgency. I ignored his advice and went to Sloan Memorial for a second opinion. They immediately recommended a biopsy with my family history and the aggressive velocity. I had the biopsy within day. The results showed I had aggressive cancer and scheduled surgery within 4 weeks. I am extremely pleased withDli Sloan Memorial. As a side note, I was very concerned about my PSA velocity and when I asked to see the doctor, the secretary would only give me the next appointment available which was over a month later.

Dr. Giella is the real deal! He cares about his patients and is highly skilled. He spends the right amount of time with his patients and I would not hesitate to have him treat my grown children or my grandchildren!

First visit with Dr. Giella after many years with another doctor at this practice who retired recently. I loved Dr. Giella. He was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and on the ball in terms of diagnoses and follow-up. Hey, this is a doctor who talks to his patients and makes eye contact when he does so. No negatives at all about my visit. Terrific guy!

They refused to provide an appointment for my nephew stating that they had sent letters and messages regarding a past inquiry we did but when they provided the address and number they had on record, it was wrong. We had simply inquire about an appointment a few months prior but an appointment was never made and because of it they discharge this patient without even seen him. The lady advice he can't get an appointment ever with them. I couldn't believe what they were saying. The lady was very unprofessional, had a awful tone and screamed for no reason. I asked to speak to the office manager and I'm still waiting for her call. I can't believe they turn patients down with no reason, mind you the information in their records was wrong. Sad!! I would never want to go to an office that the employees have no manners and such practice. I found a better place!

First visit with this doctor was not pleasant. He has a bad bedside manner and is abrupt. His DRE was quite painful and I am still feeling discomfort the next day. I think I will find another doctor who won't take out his frustration with his nurse on my poor prostate.

Dr Giella genuinely cares for his patients. HE is accurate in his diagnosis and explains to me in simple terms what is going on.

Dr. Giella is top-notch. He is kind, funny, serious, and very caring. He diagnosed my problem quickly, took excellent care to find a way to relieve my symptoms, and followed up immediately. I've seen a few other doctors in this practice when Dr. G. wasn't available, and they don't even come close to him! I am VERY fortunate to have him as my urologist!

Dr. Giella is superb!! Caring, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable!
