Botched surgeries! It was a long, horrific ordeal and he was a horrible person! If I could give negative stars, I would!

Went there for help for chronic uti, got none. Don't go there.

The scheduler was slow to respond to, took over 3 weeks for my procedure to get scheduled. I have been a patient for the past 5 years. 4th procedure with Dr. Ross. I never experienced this problem with his previous scheduling staff. Very disappointed.

Staff has no compassion when dealing with patients and scheduling procedures. I would recommend any other office for patient care over this one?

Dr Ross IS always prompt very kind, and gentle.

My wife originally went to Dr Ross for kidney stones and was incredibly impressed. I had an elevated PSA level my biopsy was scheduled within 3 days. My report was positive for cancer. DR ROSS nurse had my staging tests scheduled in less than 4 days and was scheduled for my prostate removal at the soonest date that was recommended. For patients who have serious problems such as kidney stones or cancer you will not find a better doctor or nurse. Thank you Dr. ROSS for saving my life

This doctor doesn't care about his patients, only his pocketbook. I went in for problems with libido and fatigue. He had no answers and sent me on my way without any suggestions or treatment. He did however collect the fee. I wouldn't go to this doctor again is someone paid me $50.

I am completely disappointed in Dr. Ross and his staff. On 2 different occassions I had to wait over 25 minutes to be seenat a scheduled appointment. On a second follow up after my surgery I arrived at the office (9:51am by my clock) for what I thought was my 10:00am appt only to be told my appointment time was 9:45 and because it was 9:56 (by their clock which was 5 minutes faster that the actual time) I could not be seen. The receptionist said that they were already so far behind that they could not possibly get me in.

My husband has been seeing Dr.Ross for a difficulty kidney stone for the past 4 weeks, also found a bladder tumor. He is remarkable and Jaime his nurse is great at answering questions and getting my husband scheduled for surgery urgently. We cannot thank Dr, Ross enough for his car. I would recommended him to my family. We are blessed to have been referred to him!
