My endoscopy was quick and painless and provided Dr. Weiner with the information he needed to give us an excellent consult about my surgery options. Camille and Hans made me feel comfortable and the communication from the rest of the North Valley Surgery Center was excellent. They run a tight ship.

Staff is prompt and courteous. Dr. Weiner is thorough, explains things well, and is good at relating to patients. Good bedside manner.

I originally saw Doctor Weiner when he first opened his practice, 20 years ago for a deviated septum. I was again in need of an ENT, and sought out to find him in his new practice, and extremely happy I did. I had a very positive experience again, and will return! I scheduled an appointment (easy) with him regarding 3 issues. He took the time to address each issue, one by one, and look for a resolve to each issue. His "bedside manners" are some of the best I have ever experienced. His knowledge is very evident, in his ability to suggest what he believed every issue to be. I would HIGHLY RECEOMMEND Doctor Jordan Weiner and his team, for any ENT issue you have!

Doctor/nurse never came in to the exam room and left me there for 90mins until I left at 5:15pm. When leaving every one was gone office closes at 4:30pm the front desk had 1 person shuting down the computers. She was startled to see me. I told her I was leaving and she just said OK. I was angry at her lack of concern as to why I was leaving and then told her that tohe Dr Weiner never came in after sitting there for 90 mins. And then she just said OK again without any care. I figured I would get a call that night or next day to re-schedule but no one cared to follow up.

Great Doctor for his field, very knowledgeable. Addressed all concerns, prepared to make patient feel better through warm demeanor and expertise. Appreciate the time him and his staff took to get me sleeping well again

Dr. Weiner is simply brilliant and well-studied on everything current in his field of expertise. Aside from saving my life from tonsil cancer, he was also the only ENT out of 5 who was able to diagnose my wife's ear pain & hearing loss.

I visited Dr. Weiner to deal with a sudden hearing loss that I experienced. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. There was a slight wait to see the doctor, but I feel that is typical of most doctors. Further, when I got to see him, he was very patient and took care to answer all of my questions. He did not rush the process. I would much rather have that type of experience, even if it means a slight wait. Although my hearing loss is permanent, I felt he asked the right questions and prescribed the right medical approach towards determining my medical situation. I have visited his audiologist, Ms. Seldner, also. I liked her approach as well. Overall, I felt both Dr. Weiner and Ms. Seldner were courteous and caring in their approach, and I will continue to see them.
