Dr. Kalpit Nagindas Patel, MD

Prescribed Flowmax on 11-12 without discussing side effects. I had to Google them once they began. Reached out via portal on 11-21 and 11-23 with no response. Today is 11-25. I called and was told nothing could be changed with medication before an opening on January 7th. I scheduled an appointment with a new doctor elsewhere for mid-December. Very disappointed.

The office staff and the doctor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The nurse was VERY understanding when I told her I was nervous about a procedure. She was kind enough to explain everything step by and it made things easier.

Dr. Patel has been excellent in listening to me and Including me in conversations about treatment options. In all my years with different doctors (I'm 79 and moved to Georgia in 1983) I've never been treated better or with more respect than at NEGAHS!! Thank you!
