Dr. Kenneth Chanying Liu, MD

I had a great misfortune to suffer a subarachnoid aneurysm that burst. Statistically I had about a 25% chance of survival. Dr. Liu was waiting for me in the trauma center when I arrived via helicopter. There were many complications as a result of my aneurysm and bleeding. Dr. Liu was by my side through the entire process. He is kind, caring and patient. I highly recommend him and UVA Medical.

There are no words for the kind of doctor he is one of a kind his caring is above and beyond I am blessed to have him on my side

Dr. Liu is a very caring, informative doctor that ALWAYS puts his patient's needs first. He makes you feel as though your his only patient and makes you feel a at ease when you're going through a difficult situation, such as mine (anuerysm and a brain tumor). He became my doctor at UVA, Charlottesville, Va and I followed him to Penn State, Hershey, Pa because he's that great of a doctor!
