Dr. Kimberly Dunn, MD

My family has been going to her office for the past year, and I swear we have each laid eyes on her once each, twice total between us, and it was only while she was between appts for a couple of minutes. Dr. Dunn has never personally held an appt with us. She has a competent nurse practitioner named Anthony who is very likeable, but he's the only person we see at her office for our appts. She has 3 offices and a teaching gig, so she ONLY shows up on Wednesday mornings. It's ridiculous. Also, when her employee asks ME for a medical accounting code so I can be billed correctly (how would I know that??), that's a huge red flag for me. I'm switching docs.

I really like Dr. Dunn when I first started see her she seemed to really care. But then I got passed on to her assistant and things went down hill from there. It was difficult to get my medication. the assistant would write things down that I was saying but nothing ever came of it. The assistant always seemed to be in a hurry and rushed appointments. I was trying to get my meds sent in to my Insurances home delivery department. She did not want to take the time to call in so she had the front desk people handle it. The call some how got disconnected and then they said the phone number now said the home delivery department was closed. the call was made around 4Pm they lied. I went through heck trying to find the fax form and then the office never even filled it out to send in my meds. I wound up leaving this Dr. and I am sure others will to. and its all because of her assistant.

Dr. Dunn reminds me of a throwback Doctor. What I mean is that she listens and she cares, like the Doctors use to. I feel that I am lucky to have her as my doctor. SHE IS THE BEST! N

She was unprofessional and let her incompetent assistant scare the heck out of the 23 yr old client. Told her she had cancer without tests or physical exam complete.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Dunn. She is very attentive and knowledgeable.
