Dr. Kristin Delaney King

Dr. King is very knowledgeable. She is also very kind and compassionate. Dr. King listened to me and my concerns before deciding the path for treatment.

Dr. King was extremely caring when listening to my issues. I could see in her face she cared about me. Dr. King took the time to listen to me and the time needed to explain the plan she had for me. Great doctor!

Spends all the time needed and definitely cares about her patients.

Dr. King needs to learn how to interact with patients. If you try to tell her your concerns, she seems to rush to judgement and doesn't take the time to explain why she is making the diagnosis. It's bam, boom, thank you ma'am and out of the office. She acted the same when she visited me in the hospital. We had spent a week consulting with a neurosurgeon about my problem and she walks in at the end of my stay and starts ordering tests left and right because SHE wanted to make the diagnosis. The neurosurgeon had already decided to adopt a watch and wait status and had determined these more invasive tests weren't needed at this time. Dr. King wouldn't hear any of that. In fact she cut me and my wife off several times when we tried to tell her what had already been done. She may be an OK neurologist, but, she fails miserably at being a caring doctor.

Dr. King refused to answer any questions regarding potential causes for seizure disorder and complications. She also barely let me speak or ask questions and none of my questions were answered. It was clear her concern was to be done with the appointment as quickly as possible and she didn’t even allow for a discussion of my symptoms. She was not outright cruel, but it was quickly clear she wanted to make the session over as quickly as possible. Highly recommend people find a doctor who has knowledge in their field and is willing to discuss at least some questions with patients. Complete waste of time and now need to find a competent neurologist and unfortunately will have to pay more. She’s a waste of time and money.
