Well, without notification some specialist referrals have been allowed to lapse (no problem if I just am informed or even told at the s. Others have been made recently with no problem. The lapse caused a missed appointment. I arranged for the specialist to acquire a new updated referral---only to learn at the next appt, that my primary care office had blown it off completely. At the specialist office we called my PCP and learned ---apparently that I was no longer their patient. This disagreed with history and my very new current insurance card. I drove to the office and was told "Oh you are in the other computer system and have not been moved yet". Thanks. My referral was held hostage until visiting my PCP. So I made plans. I went into appt, and learned that they had lost my address and personal information. Oops. It's OK, it's just a patient. Who cares. I then saw my PCP, who by the way does nothing in any way progressive for my care, and I think maybe just maybe… the referrals have been sent (I gotta check). Thanks. I'll be checking into a finding a doctor if that is possible. It's hard to enter anything positive since I don't exist as a patient---right? Low scores are for trying to do things right and missing the mark. Where are the scores for actively being harmful. Where are the negative scores.?
