Dr. Matthew John Eppley, MD

Dr. Eppley is awesome! Performed a disc replacement on me over five years ago and still doing great. He listens to his patients and genuinely cares about their outcomes. I refer a lot of people to him and wouldn't let anyone else touch my spine.

Dr. Eppley has done my first back surgery. I had a tumor in between my disks and he removed it. Now the tumor has grown back and he’s doing another surgery a little different than the first one. Doctor is highly skilled and has wonderful bedside manners.

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful Doctor and his staff. I had a very difficult situation where another spine surgeon had fused me From L3 thru L5 then my L2 vertebrae collapsed onto my L3 vertebrae causing another surgery. It appeared to me that The other surgeon did a mis match of 3 separate techniques that not only created instability, great pain, difficulty walking, standing, ruined my quality of life, and created a abnormal curvature in my lumbar area. Additionally the previous surgeon did such a bad job that no fussion took place and my hardware became extremely loose. I could barely walk 20 feet with a cane. Thanks to Dr Eppley,and his staff, I am now well on my way to a normal life. Dr Eppley had to take all the previous hardware out, straightened my lumbar spine and re fuse L2 thru L5. I’m walking again, living my life, and well on my way to recovery. Dr Eppley is a man of integrity, kindness, and gives you hope. He has gone above and beyond in making me… feel that my well being is very important to him. His PA Scott is of the same personality, helpful, caring, and concerned. Dr Eppley’s staff is the same. I highly recommend this Doctor and his staff to everyone seeking his expertise. I can truly say that Dr Eppley, his PA Scott, and staff want the best for you and treat you like family. I was operated on Dr Eppley 15 yrs. ago this May. He is an awesome surgeon with a wonderful beside manor! I have never forgotten how at ease he made me feel the day of surgery and it meant the world to me, I am forever grateful. I have had no trouble with my neck since! However I have a back issue and would much prefer him for my surgeon, unfortunately his office does not take my insurance. I am afraid to trust anyone else with my back! HELP!!!

Dr. Eppley and his assistant are very professional, they really listen, and were helpful to find a solution for the issues I am having. I would definitely recommend them both.

Life Saver!

I have been to him twice. Once for fusions to C4 to C7 and again for a fusion to L4 to L5. He & his staff are very friendly and answers all questions promptly. I am totally pain free and that's what counts. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr.Eppley and his staff are very professional, if you are looking for someone to just give you pain medication and send you on your way then look for another doctor. Dr. Eppley and staff are there to get you on the road to leading a viable, healthily, and productive life. He explained his surgical procedure to the letter, his PA-C did an excellent job both pre-Op and post-Op and it saddens me to see this educated young man given such little credit by other reviewers. Dr. Matthew Eppley and his staff answer any and all questions concerning your difficulties. If you want the best and are willing to make necessary changes to better your recovery then I one hundred percent recommend this doctor and his staff.
