Dr Tran is a good doctor but his staff is messy, they left unfinished food on their desks , It looks filthy and unprofessional. He should give them a OSHA training.

Dr. is OK but the office staffs do not know how to work

My name is Katherine and would like to recommend Dr Michael Tran. He is a wonderful Doctor. He did cataract eye surgery for me One Right eye 2016, Left eye in 2017, both are successful. He’s so gentle, and professional. His staffs seem to know the work. Because all of that made the process went well. Plus the surgery’s office was nice and clean. The lab with all new and unique equipments. I'm recommend, if you plan to have cataract surgery. He’s the #1 young Dr from Harvard.?? The reason didn’t comment until now. Dr. Michael K. Tran is the best ophthalmologist in Orange County. My family members and I have been his patients for several years. He and his staff are very courteous. He has performed cataract surgeries on me and my family members, and we have all gotten excellent results. I especially appreciate him personally calling each of us the night after the surgery to ask how we were doing. I have been to many eye doctors before, and he and his staff are the best.

I've worked at three medical offices in the past 16 years and I am a patient of Dr. Michael K. Tran. He is so good that other doctors go see him for their medical eye care and they refer their patients to him for second opinions. Dr. Tran is meticulous, smart, and experienced. He has done thousands of successful surgeries and procedures. His office is clean, organized, and equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment. To his patients, he is friendly but not a pushover. He will not prescribe medications nor do surgery if that's not for the patient's best interest, even if they want him to. He trains his staff to be detail oriented, courteous, and to always do the right thing. For example, his office will refund you and your insurance if the total payment received was more than the contractual price. It is important to do our due diligent when choosing a doctor but we shouldn't only read the online reviews. Check the doctor's credentials, experience, and medical license… status.
