Dr. Nancy Otto, MD

Dr. Otto and her staff are a class act. Surgery was a breeze. I had Bilateral Carpel Tunnel, it was quick and pretty much painless! She is wonderful and I would recommend her to everyone!

This is the second time that I have seen her for the same problem. Today I spent more time filling out forms that they should have already had on file. Paid my 55.00 dollar co-pay Got in to see the doctor and that took less than (1) one minute and then she said for me to go to another place for a nerve test. Called to set up that test and found out there would be another co-pay. I have been robed before but the last time I at least saw the gun. This was my wife's idea. So to sum it up I got up early on my day off fought the morning traffic, paid to park lost 55.00 dollars and didn't get anything accomplished other than being robed.

I’ve seen Dr. Otto four times now and have maybe spent ten minutes at most with her TOTAL! She is in and out as fast as she can, doesn’t fully explain anything, and seems to have no sympathy or care for her patients. At my last appointment I walked in to the exam room, I had the radiologist report from my MRI sitting in front of me when I walked in. I had already read the entire thing before she walked in. She finally came in, highlighted the last two sentences, and said “alright, you have rheumatoid arthritis. Do you have a preferred rheumatologist?” Obviously I don’t as this is the first I’ve heard of this. She then recommends I go back to my primary care doctor and walks out.

Dr. Otto is down to earth and explained everything I needed to know.

honestly, one word sums up this doctor...phenomenal!! wonderful bedside manner, kind, caring, no nonsense! assistant annie is wonderful as well, staff and front office ladies very welcoming and courteous. hope I never 'need' this care again as i'm nearing 70 but have to say I received fantastic care from these folks. really took a lot of my fear and anxiety away after a horrific fall with multiple fractures! dr otto is absolutely the very best!

Dr. Otto has operated on my husband and me. If you need surgery on your hand, wrist or arm, see her first. If she is not doing the surgery, you don’t have the best doctor you can get. She won’t make excuses or sugar cost anything, but she will take care of you as if you are family. I would never go to any other orthopedic surgeon. My husband concurs. We think she is akin to a god in her field and that is not an overstatement.

Have had Dr Otto do my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery in the past. Now seeing het for trigger fingers secondary to using a wheelchair, walker and cane during rehab post surgery.

Dr. Nancy Otto, with the skill, grace, and speed of an accomplished musician performed three surgeries on my pitiful worn out hands and brought them back to life. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Otto is brilliant, technically without compare, efficient, and so caring. She has a great sense of humor and makes certain her patients are cared for in the best possible way. I recommend her 150%+
