Dr. Shah has given me nothing but excellent care regarding my liver issues. In office, he makes sure your concerns are addressed. He made a personal phone call to follow up about some test results to make sure I understood everything and my mind was at ease. When I emailed on MyChart with a concern, again he made a personal phone call to address my concerns and give me reassurance. That kind of patient care is RARE!

Dr. Shah was someone I felt I could talk to. He listened to all my problems and reviewed all of my previous work up from other doctors offices. He was the first doctor to talk to me without using medical speak. I understood everything and walked away learning more about my health in 5 minutes than I had learned from my 3 previous doctors. Dr. Shah is excellent in his field of GI and liver disease. He was so thoughtful and worked with my family as our loved one suffered from liver disease. He facilitated an appointment within days, and help arrange procedures within the week. His communication with all of the doctors involved was superb. An intelligent, kind, genuine doctor. We are so appreciative to have been introduced to him.
